WAREHOUSE
We have warehouses in both China and Canada.
The time frames and carriers in the table below are based on the China warehouse.
TIME FRAME
The timeframe in the table is for reference only.
Times may vary due to uncontrollable factors, such as epidemic control, public holidays, natural disasters.
Note that we do not have the authority to withdraw a parcel after it has been dispatched. If uncontrollable factors cause a parcel to exceed the time limit, the only way is to ask you to be patient.
If an order is not dispatched, we can accept your return for processing. However, if the package has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns.
If you wish to make a return, please do so after you have received your parcel for a refund.
SHIPPING
- If in stock, we will arrange delivery from Monday to Saturday and it will take about 2-3 working days to reach the forwarder and for you to receive the delivery.
- In the case of no stock showing pre-sales, please ask our customer service for the approximate time of stock availability and delivery.
If you are willing to wait, we will ship the product to you as soon as it is shipped.
If you are not willing to wait you can contact our customer service for a return order.
Again, we do not have the right to withdraw a parcel that is already in transit and we cannot accept returns during this period.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS
Please note that the free shipping threshold is for all items over a specified amount to qualify for free shipping and does not include shipping costs.
OTHERS
In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, such as a customs hold on an item or a lost item, please negotiate with us rather than requesting a refund directly. This is because it is beyond our control even after the item has been sent. However, we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory service.
